Parking & directions

When traveling WEST on Rosecrans, the office will be on the RIGHT, 8 blocks past Nimitz and directly next to the Jack in the Box. There is also a beautiful mural on the side of the building. We have parking in the back of the building with two spots designated for PHBC patients.* If you have any questions, feel free to contact our main office at (619) 756-7848.
